I've worked extensively with Adobe Creative Suite for over 10 years, in a variety of areas within the video post-production industry, including TV broadcast, film production, and consumer-facing ad campaigns.
My professional work experience as a video editor began in broadcast television, working 4 years as a media production specialist for BYUtv, a network currently available to approximately 65 million cable and DTH (direct-to-home) satellite subscribers and provided by nearly 600 cable operators around the United States.
Following that, I later transitioned to senior in-house editor & motion designer, for Sorø Films, an indie film production and distribution company based in Provo, Utah. I led the post-production process for promotional material and contributed to the development of new projects for the company. Films under Sorø's catalog have been featured in Indie Wire, The Guardian, and Variety's best movie lists for 2021 (The Killing of Two Lovers), and have secured the best comedy award at the 2021 European Film Awards (Ninjababy).
In addition, I've maintained work as a freelance video editor & motion designer, providing post-production services for established marketing and consumer-facing ad agencies, as well as corporate clients within a variety of industries.
